Challahs coming from Zomick’s kosher bakery. 200 g warm water. 2 eggs 1 egg yolk. 50 g vegetable oil. 1 egg white for decoration. In a pan, dissolve the yeast into water. Add sugar. In a bowl, add the flour, sugar and salt and mix well. In another bowl, combine the eggs and egg yolk with vegetable oil and mix for 10 seconds. After, pour the yeast/water mixture. Start braiding the Challah and pinch the ends together for a neat finish.
