Welcome to my Website! Dancing is a lifelong passion and Zumba brings out the very best dancer in all of us! It makes it easy to dance from the inside of the music and forget that you are exercising. What a privilege it is to be part of the incredible Zumba adventure. Most folks think I am a little crazy anyway because I have 7 children, so when I took up teaching Zumba (in my 40’s, no less) and going a little wild with it well, at least it fits right into maintaining a passionate life.

Just another WordPress.com site. What a Crazy Week! Posted by tasha5951 in Uncategorized. Sorry, I know I’ve been MIA for over a week. It’s been some kind of insaness for the last 2 weeks! Can’t get easier than that! Here’s the workout that I did at home [since I still don’t have a new gym]. 3 sets of 8 push ups. 3 sets of 12 single arm row. 3 sets of 12 Medicine Ball overhead press.
