The Granquist Files: July 2011
http://granquist.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 27, 2011. It has been forever since I've written anything mostly because 1) I have children that see me on the computer and think they need a turn and 2) I just have not had any motivation to write. I've been getting into the bad habit of not doing things when I don't feel like doing them, which is a BAD habit to get into. Here is to more simple, organized, happy living. The Granquist Files: First Day of School
http://granquist.blogspot.com/2011/10/frist-day-of-school.html
Wednesday, August 31, 2011. First Day of School. The first day of school came early this year as the kids went back on the 22nd of August. I have NO complaints but the kids did. Holly is in the First Grade this year and her teacher is Mrs. Pope. She seems to like her but was way more excited about being able to go to school for the whole day and even have lunch at school. Of course for Holly everything had to be pink so she got a pink lunch bag and back pack. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Andy and Kimi: We're "that family"
http://andyandkimi.blogspot.com/2010/10/were-that-family.html
Moments of Joy and Satisfaction. The joy of motherhood comes in moments. There will be hard times and frustrating times. But amid the challenges, there are shining moments of joy and satisfaction.". Elder M. Russell Ballard. How did they get up there? We built a deck last year that the railing runs very close to the carport that is attached to the garage. When doing it we realized that one day our boys would figure out how to climb on top of the garage but we thought they would be 6 or 7. Oh my Kimi....

the burrastons: FIVE?! Seriously??
http://we3andersons.blogspot.com/2012/02/five-seriously.html
Monday, February 20, 2012. Can my baby boy really be five years old? I cannot believe it. While his birthday isn't for a couple more days (I'll cherish the last 2 days of him being 4, dangit! We had a lot of fun celebrating this little man all weekend! We had monster cupcakes, and I made monsters out of Oreos dipped in colored chocolates. We posted monsters on the wall and made sure it was all decked out for his special day. I am still in utter disbelief that he is already 5! Though, he doesn't mind if h...

The Granquist Files: Christmas 2010
http://granquist.blogspot.com/2011/10/christmas-2010.html
Tuesday, January 18, 2011. We, Ryan and I thought it would be fun to take the kids on the Front Runner Train down to Salt Lake and see the lights on temple square. Which they LOVED riding the train, and getting McDonald's for dinner. Word to the wise, make sure you know the train schedule otherwise you end up waiting a hour to get home. It made for a long night but a fun one. All in all we had a great Christmas. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Chronicles of the Other Canadian. Rome If You Want to.

The Granquist Files: February 2011
http://granquist.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 28, 2011. Ethan became a Scout at his last Birthday, which meant that in February he got to be in his very first Pinewood Derby! He was so excited and he and his Dad spent a lot of time trying to come up with the coolest car. In the end they decided to go for fun looking rather than speed. Then they found some cool pictures of Angry Birds online, cut them out and after painting the car mod podged them on to the car. It turned out very cool looking. Way to go Ethan! Rome If You Want to.

Thursday, December 16, 2010. A Little Wake up Call. New Goal: I need to learn express my feelings more to those around me and talk more of the good things going on in my life to others. Life amazes me sometimes.we go for a run on this roller coaster and when we hit firm ground we are given these moments of clarity. Did that make sense? Tuesday, December 14, 2010. The kids had all of their Halloween parties at school, Holly had her Halloween program and then there was the big Halloween Fund-raising Carniv...
