Members of AAPA will:. Not engage directly or indirectly in piracy or counterfeiting activities. Maintain and promote internal anti-piracy policies and activities of the highest standard. Act responsibly and with integrity in dealing with partners, other members, and competent authorities. Facilitate between members and with competent authorities the sharing of intelligence and information about piracy and counterfeiting activities, subject to relevant laws. Do nothing to undermine these principles.

Piracy - Card Sharing. Maintaining robust protection systems and taking action against attempts to circumvent them is not enough. Effective action requires appropriate and effective legislation, implemented consistently across the EU. Through the activities of its members and the work of the Intelligence and Enforcement Committee AAPA is able to identify where legislation can be improved.
