Sunday, September 11, 2011. For my mom's 60th birthday party, she wanted to go camping with the whole family. It was kind of a miracle that we were able to throw it together so quickly, but we had an absolute blast, and nearly perfect weather (which is never the case on a McGregor camping trip). We tried to make it as special as possible for her,. Which meant decorating her tent, transporting a birthday cake, and even bring Nielsen's Frozen Custard. This picture pretty much sums it up:.

To be honest, I didn't think anyone was looking at it any more so I kind of slacked off for a while, and then I had a baby and all hell broke loose! Yes Your blog was sucking. So thanks for updating! Wednesday, January 6, 2010. For New Years we went down to Mesquite, it was a nice weekend away! The weather was almost 60 everyday and that was such a nice break from this cold weather! Saturday, November 12, 2011. We've had a lot of ultrasounds of baby boy - yes, he is a boy. We found out we would have a little fella' pretty early and we've been gearing up ever since. I think the day after we found out, Geoff ordered the blu-ray box set of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Need I remind you that he is a geek? Saturday, October 30, 2010. Red Pine Lake has always been one of my favorite hikes. It's steep, and pretty challenging, but it's always beautiful. When we stopped for lunch at the lake, we had to add a few layers, but looking up at the snow on the tops of the peaks and down at the bright yellow leaves against the pine trees all around the lake, made it all worth it. I can't believe we haven't done more fall hiking in the past. I definitely think it needs to become an annual tradition. So that's it. T...

Tuesday, June 19, 2012. We checked in to the Maternity ER and when they checked me and I was at a 6 and 100% effaced! They told us we were having a baby that day! My Labor and Delivery nurse came in to walk me down to my room, and by the time we got there and they checked me again, I was at an 8. Geoff called my mom and she was on her way.
