These were a spur of the moment cookie, because I love the flavor of eggnog, and I was craving eggnog, but I don’t like drinking it. 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs. 2 1/2 packages cram cheese, room temperature. 1 1/4 cups sugar. 3/4 cup eggnog (the real stuff, not the light version). Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 10 minutes. Chill thoroughly before cutting.

Isaac and I ambled about the grounds looking into buildings and taking pictures and just enjoying the beautiful scenery and interesting architecture.
