These were a spur of the moment cookie, because I love the flavor of eggnog, and I was craving eggnog, but I don’t like drinking it. 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs. 2 1/2 packages cram cheese, room temperature. 1 1/4 cups sugar. 3/4 cup eggnog (the real stuff, not the light version). Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 10 minutes. Chill thoroughly before cutting.

Isaac and I ambled about the grounds looking into buildings and taking pictures and just enjoying the beautiful scenery and interesting architecture. One of the most interesting aspects were the entrances through walls. There were walls through the garden dividing off different sections and doors in the walls were all perfect circles.
