Most Chinese people don’t even know what a taco is but Jina said that many Koreans love Mexican food so on Monday when we were in Seoul, Jina took me to a Mexican restaurant and for the first time in over 6 months I had chips and salsa and a burrito. And what I discovered there. What’s with the Title? April 17, 2015. Last week Tuesday my boss, Joe, and I had a meeting about my contract for next year. It was the first time I’ve ever had to do anything like that! It was interesting figuring out how to talk through the changes I wanted to make to my contract. Thankfully, I found out that my exams will be given on June 29th, which is earlier than I expected. I am essentially done teaching after the exam is given. Isaac and I ambled about the grounds looking into buildings and taking pictures and just enjoying the beautiful scenery and interesting architecture. One of the most interesting aspects were the entrances through walls. There were walls through the garden dividing off different sections and doors in the walls were all perfect circles.
