Why meditate — One Mindful Breath – Wellington’s secular Buddhist community
http://www.onemindfulbreath.org.nz/why-meditate
The purpose of meditation is personal transformation. The ‘you’ that goes in one side of the meditation experience is not the same ‘you’ that comes out the other side. What we do — One Mindful Breath – Wellington’s secular Buddhist community

If you’d prefer to sit on a cushion or a stool on the floor, and you have what you need, you’re welcome to bring it. The first Wednesday of the month is Beginners’ Mind,. Enter your email add...

http://www.onemindfulbreath.org.nz/secular-buddhism
Secular Buddhism is not a ‘school’ of Buddhism. It has no orthodoxy, no separate canon and no institutional presence. Planet that is circling. Sun where human beings and other forms of life have evolved over millions of years and, as far as we know, it’s the only place in the universe like this. The B...
