Before begin, here is a disclaimer: yes, I did pack for three weeks in one carry-on suitcase, but I quickly switched several items into a weekender bag within a few days to balance the weight on my shoulders. I highly suggest reorganizing your weight and bags after flying with weight and bag restrictions so that you do not injure yourself or others while traveling!

This is clearly over a week late, but I promised myself I would tell you how the whole turkey thing went. So here you go! Just to clarify, I was in charge of the turkey and apple pie, and my other friends brought all the other fixins. So luckily I just had to watch over the bird! For 10-12 people, get a 13-14lb turkey (about 5kg) and cook it at 15 mins per lb.
