This is clearly over a week late, but I promised myself I would tell you how the whole turkey thing went. So here you go! Just to clarify, I was in charge of the turkey and apple pie, and my other friends brought all the other fixins. So luckily I just had to watch over the bird! For 10-12 people, get a 13-14lb turkey (about 5kg) and cook it at 15 mins per lb. Seminar 1 and Cabot Circus.
