Aconcagua: Summit of the Americas. A special thanks to Jason and his girlfriend Niki for putting compiling this video of our trip from tons of footage. The hi-def video was captured using Jason's. Aconcagua: Summit of the Americas. Aconcagua is the second highest of the Seven Summits. Behind Mt. Everest, and the highest mountain outside of Asia. There are two primary approaches climbers chose to summit Aconcagua, The Normal Route. Via the Horcones Valley and the Polish Glacier via the Vacas and Relinchos Valley. I would be letting down my Polish heritage if we didn't make our summit attempt via the Polish Glacier. And so it was done, Aconcagua via the Polish Glacier Direct. Trip Report and Photos.

Saturday, September 13, 2008. A Day to Remember. From what I hear everyone got a kick out of the craft, costumes, and skit. The rain really weighed down the foam causing some unneeded friction on the tires. We also had a mechanical as one of our wheels gave out in the chicane. Our time may not have been the quickest, but everyone was riding high! Below are a few pics and videos of the event. Enjoy! Time to look perrrty for the judges. One thing in mind.domination! Saturday, September 6, 2008. The time has come. Rain or shine, it's time to punch dance. Here is the schedule of events. (note the pits are at the top of the hill near Manayunk Ave). 10 to 11 - Judges and press come through the pits for interviews. 11 to 12:30 - The pits are open to the public to come meet the teams. Everyone should try to make this. 1 - the first car goes down. 2:00ish - The Cheesesteak Chariot rolls. 3:30ish - Last car goes down. Ten minutes later - awards. September 7, 2008 at 9:05 AM.
