Thursday, May 5, 2011. Girls Just Want To Have Fun. All is well here at our home. The last week or so has passed so quickly. We've been busy with a number of things, but we've still had time for some fun. We planted some seeds recently and hopefully they will grow basil and tomatoes. Thursday, April 28, 2011. We believe spring is here. There are signs of it here and there, and we have had Easter. Surely it must be here.We long for warm days with no wind, and no jackets required. Wednesday, September 29, 2010. A few days ago, I had the opportunity to volunteer in Jadyn's classroom for Johnny Appleseed Day. The teacher had a number of different activities planned for the children. The children rotated through the different centers about every 10 minutes. My center was the snack center. Sunday, March 27, 2011. We've had a nice weekend. We've had time with friends and family, and you know that always gives me such joy. I joined the Yahoo! Friday, October 22, 2010. A friend gave me the recipe for her pumpkin muffins. I have been so anxious to bake them. It's a super easy recipe and they are ready for the oven in no time. Jadyn and I made some for breakfast this morning. Oh, they are just heavenly when they come out of the oven. We could hardly wait for them to cool enough to try one. I'll share the recipe with you. He came through surgery with flying colors. However, we were in the recovery room for 9 hours, because they were unable to find a room for him. Finally, at 9:30 pm we were in a room.
