I'm very grateful to live in an apartment with central air, but nobody likes being cooped up inside when the sun is (mercilessly) shining. You feel guilty, like you SHOULD be braving the heat to be doing something summer-y and fun, because god only knows winter is just around the corner. I hate winter. So I'm very glad that Mel and AJ have brought back the famous kiddie pool.

Lady In Green | Open heart surgery for the soul
Open heart surgery for the soul. So, I picked the venison up on Tuesday. There were 30 pounds of ground and several chops, roasts, etc. woot! Mike used a roast to make stew with potatoes, carrots, onions and beef onion soup. It was a little salty, but good. More recipies to come :). I’ve also been using the pumpkins from the garden. Monday, May 02, 2011. Cinco de Mayo 10k Run. The course is an out and back of with lots of rolling hills. I am convinced there isn't a a flat road anywhere in Tucson!
