A great WordPress.com site. Bah bah, bah bah, this is the sound of settling. May 11, 2014. My stress fracture is getting better! We’re getting there. The lesson I’ve learned is just because you have the drive to do everything, doesn’t mean you should. It’s very hard for me to accept because in my heart, I am someone who wants to do good and help others, but if I’m burning myself out, what is being accomplished? Direction feels good. The last time I experienced pain like this was when I was beginning to transition to running with Vibram Five Fingers. Even though my mind wants to push myself to run, I know it’s not a good idea.
