Uruguay, South America. Tuesday, March 16, 2010. No electricity.no running water.welcome to Cabo Polonio. This past weekend I went with a group of friends to this wonderful beach getaway. Cabo Polonio is now considered a national park, meaning there are no roads for convenient transportation. Monday, March 8, 2010. I’ve been in Uruguay less than a month, yet I’ve already seen the President! Last Monday, March 1. Had I arrived just a few minutes earlier, I would have encountered Hillary Clinton as well!
