Equal parts mixed together of:. Mozzarella cheese, shredded. Cheddar cheese, shredded. Mix together sauce ingredients then add to shredded pork or chicken. In a large bowl, mix:. 1 cake mix of either spice or carrot cake any brand. 1 30 oz can of solid pack pumpkin (Or 2 15 oz cans). 1 6 oz package of semi-sweet chocolate chips. (The bittersweet are a little TOO bitter for this recipe, I use milk chocolate and MORE than 6 oz.). Spray a 9x11 cake pan. Dump in batter. It's thick like brownie batter. Spread evenly. Mom makes these often, and they are to die for! 1 and 1/2 Cups Shortening. 2 cups white sugar. 4 cups sifted flour (sifted). Use just a big spoon to mix instead of a whip. Sunday, July 15, 2012. 2 ½ lb cherry tomatoes. 2 cloves of garlic – I just put a few heaping spoonfuls of minced garlic. 189; tsp crushed red pepper flacks. Dash of oregano – I definitely put more, I just kind of sprinkle it over the whole pan. 4 fresh basil leaves torn – I just use dried basil and sprinkle it a few times over the pan. 6 tbsp extra –virgin olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 lb spaghetti (Tinkyada). I also like to toss some mozzarella on top and cover for a bit before serving - yummy).
