Sunday, 5 February 2012. As usual the upper layer nearly burnt. Sides of Cake not well cooked. Check the sides. Its still uncooked. After cutting the cake. Could not make out its Zebra Cake. But taste., yes, its good. Close-up of the cut cake. Probably my Godrej Microwave is no use for making cakes although it has convection. I've used Nutrilite Butter and not oil or Amul Butter. My aluminium baking Tray which was actually used for our very old prestige cooker. The dia is 8 inch and 2.5 inch height.
