Thursday, September 30, 2010. It is still rainy up here in the the Northeast. Nothing is better than busting out the crock pot. On a day like this. My mom has a cookbook full of easy crock pot. Recipes. After buying some boneless pork loin ribs, I wasn't sure what to do with them, until she gave me this super easy recipe! 3 to 4 lbs. of pork ribs (I only had a little over 1 pound and it worked fine.). 2 TBSP of lemon juice. Put all in a crock pot. And cook on low for 8 hours. I also made some Zatarain's.
