Monday, February 21, 2011. This is, quite honestly, the only thing I know how to make well. Luckily, it is Raymo's favorite. Before buying the ingredients, be aware that you can use any nuts or dried fruit you want. I love mine with almonds and craisins. Also, you can use more than one fruit or nut. Mix it up! Friday, March 12, 2010. So now it's my turn. About a week ago I received word from the embassy here in Britain. It basically gave me two links saying everything you need to know is here. I have to say it was that. I came across a list of things I have to collect: Police Certificates, Vaccination Information, MORE EVIDENCE . as well as about 5 forms to fill in. Anyway, I've started so fingers crossed it's one last push to get this visa stuff over and done with. I guess we will find out. Bo and Kira McNally.

As much as I hate losing an hour of sleep when we "spring forward," I love that it is still light outside at 7:30. This past week has truly felt like Spring and I am so happy about it. I have loved the sun warming up the inside of my car. I have loved having my sun roof open. I have loved not wearing a coat everywhere I go.
