Church-Planting in Sheffield, England…It's a New Day. While in Sheffield, we are working full time with the. That we are helping to plant. In order to train, equip, and empower British leadership, the American leaders are not paid with the church income. Our congregation is currently (2016) averaging around 110, and there is not enough income to support staff salaries, though we do provide our two British staff with as large of stipends as is possible given the church budget.
