Nate and Kacey Call Family. Monday, June 1, 2009. Anyway, we took the boys on their first "slot canyon" hiking experience and they absolutely loved it. We hiked through the Little Wild Horse Canyon located on the Southern edge of the San Rafael Reef. We all had a great time; the weather was great and despite the crowds, we definitely experienced that wonderful feeling of isolation that only a desert can provide.
