Friday, October 25, 2013. New life, renewed blog. In hopes of getting this blog going again, I am going to make an actual post on here. That's the first step, right? Yoga has been such a wonderful guide and comfort, and also discomfort at times (in that necessary sort of way, when things get too complacent) through my life.
