Nutrition is a very important aspect to training and recovery and the following is a list of food items I try to focus on and a list of items I try to avoid. Eggs, unprocessed cheese. Unprocessed meats including beef, turkey, chicken, lamb, fish and shellfish. Unrefined grains including sprouted bread. Nuts, seeds, nut butters. Oils, vinegar, salsa, mustard and spices. Coffee, tea and wine! Items I try to avoid, but not always successful:-). Muffins, chips and crackers. Create a free website.
