I lost the recipe and this seems to be the closest to what I did some time ago. We used the white prt of the onion in the first part of the cooking of the meet and added the green chives t the end. We used butter. 4 (1/2 pound) strip steaks, cut 1/2 inch thick. Freshly ground black pepper to taste. 1 teaspoon dry mustard, divided. 3 tablespoons lemon juice. ROASTED BALSAMIC PORK LOIN.
