The Cloak Invisible: Placement
http://thecloakinvisible.blogspot.com/2009/06/placement.html
I am the air! I am the wind! Tuesday, June 23, 2009. For a number of reasons I won't bother detailing, I am opting not to put anything more specific about my placement on my blog, but I do know the school and grade I will be teaching- yay. I am currently in the Nashville airport wrapping up a lovely family reunion in Monteagle. This is not Houston. No, sir. Don't get me wrong- TFA. UPDATE: I wrote the above on Sunday. In hindsight, I might recommend that future TFAers. Just never leaving institute until ...

The Cloak Invisible: Nice to Meet You, Korsakoff. Who the Hell Are You Again?
http://thecloakinvisible.blogspot.com/2009/07/in-move-that-would-seem-to-indicate.html
I am the air! I am the wind! Friday, July 03, 2009. Nice to Meet You, Korsakoff. Who the Hell Are You Again? And that's actually pretty weird. I know it's cliched to not believe that something is almost over, but I really can't believe that Institute is almost over. I feel like I have been in Houston FOR.EVER. and the idea that I am about to pick up and head back to Mississippi in 7 days is making me a little giddy. The kids in my class have finished up their TAKS re-takes. Posted by KQ @ 2:05 PM. How to...

The Cloak Invisible: January 2006
http://thecloakinvisible.blogspot.com/2006_01_01_archive.html
I am the air! I am the wind! Tuesday, January 17, 2006. A Bed of Oysters. In all fairness, I really can't give other people a hard time about never updating their blogs. If I refuse to update mine. It's not so much a refusal as it is an increasing obsession with doing absolutely nothing after work, save for sitting on my couch, watching seasons 1-5 of Angel, and counting my Weight Watchers points. Between the SmartOnes desserts and Wesley Wendham-Price's. He done folded himself in half! After this we too...

The Cloak Invisible: April 2007
http://thecloakinvisible.blogspot.com/2007_04_01_archive.html
I am the air! I am the wind! Monday, April 16, 2007. Yeah- I know. I never update my blog, and when I do it's never interesting enough for Brian Lynch to print off and pass around at Gravity Pub (Eastside blah blah blah), and now I'm finally getting around to it and this is the best title I can come up with. But hey guess what- it's true! Posted by KQ @ 4:50 PM. Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Work, play, pat kitty on head, sleep, and think about cookies. And sometimes sing and play Ultimate.

I have at least one subscriber! http://thecloakinvisible.blogspot.com/2009/04/aint-got-no-worries.html
I am the air! I am the wind! Wednesday, April 29, 2009. Ain't Got No Worries . . . 1) I head to Mississippi on June 4 for a few days of induction and interviews with principals and stuff. 2) Then I go to Houston. For 5 weeks of teaching and training. Please people- if you know of fun things to do in Houston, please let me know. I suspect I shall not have a wealth of free time, but just in case I desire to get out and about . . . 4) Then I teach for two years. 5) No, I won't necessarily get a master's.

I am the air! I am the wind! Thursday, July 27, 2006. I feel the need to confidently put down on [figurative] paper the following truths:. Cat Bag = Cute. Car Tree = Bad. Wedding After Party = Rearranged Furniture. Job - Job's Friends = Much More Concise Meditation on Human Suffering. Dirt Nap Shindig = Awesome Logo. Posted by KQ @ 3:31 PM. The Cloak Invisible: The Deeper Well
http://thecloakinvisible.blogspot.com/2008/10/deeper-well.html
I am the air! I am the wind! Friday, October 03, 2008. Things That Crawled Out of My Backpack. No, not this. Also, I want my mommy now. More importantly, though, this red satchel of old contains many things of which I should have disposed long ago, for I am a pack rat and prone to not cleaning out bags. Thus, I recently took a little tour of the myriad pockets and sub-pockets of my trusty backpack to see what little gems might be hiding in the depths. This is what I found:. From the Emory Student Health ...

The Cloak Invisible: December 2006
http://thecloakinvisible.blogspot.com/2006_12_01_archive.html
I am the air! I am the wind! Wednesday, December 20, 2006. Rollin' Down Highway 41. As I have mentioned in previous posts, I am playing winter league Ultimate in Chattanooga. Several of my friends, upon hearing about this undertaking, have looked at me like I have a swastika tattooed on my forehead and asked (in that supportive, I'm-here-for-you way that friends do when you're sportin' prominent Nazi ink) "Why are you doing THAT? What- do I have something in my teeth? Quickly earned Wart the new title of...

The Cloak Invisible: How to Disappear Completely
http://thecloakinvisible.blogspot.com/2008/05/how-to-disappear-completely.html
I am the air! I am the wind! Tuesday, May 20, 2008. How to Disappear Completely. I am currently hanging out in the Denver airport en route to San Francisco for, mind-bogglingly enough, a 3 hour meeting tomorrow morning. I really AM proud to be an American, y'all! Anyway, it has been a while since I've taken Frontier anywhere, but it turns out they have nice roomy seats AND in-seat entertainment- who knew? Unfortunately, these seemingly innocuous accoutrements. Where did he go? Now I am crazy! Perhaps I h...
