http://flynhgh31.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 20, 2008. Unfortunately, this is the last balloon rally of the year. Mother nature was less than accommodating throughout the weekend, only allowing us to fly Friday night and perform a field of fire on Saturday night. I was busy flying Friday night, so I didn't get any pictures. However, my passenger from the local newspaper took a few photos. I also was interviewed by one of the Sioux City TV. Stations on Sunday morning. Check out the interview here. Getting ready for the field of fire.

My sponsor, Prairie View Assisted Living was awesome! What is a visit to Creston. This is the motor oil entry.

High Hopes Adventures: Nationals
http://flynhgh31.blogspot.com/2009/09/nationals.html
Thursday, September 3, 2009. I traveled to Battle Creek MI last week to participate in the US Nationals. The weather was less than ideal, so out of the nine scheduled flights we flew three. On one of the flights I forgot my camera (and to be honest I really didn't think we were going to fly anyway). Below are a few of my pictures. Notice the baggie tails blown down wind-it was breezy.not just on the beach. Ken Walters approach on the 3rd target on Sunday morning. Brad Craig's approach to the beach target.
