This program computes several indices to measure the correspondence of a given tree (in Newick format) to a distance array (Phylip format). It realizes a representation of the partition as a tree of boxes, each one correspondig to a class. This permits to compare several partitions to the same distance and to appreciate the quality of a partition according to distance array. Java package ready to run.
