Well, it's about time. Thursday, July 03, 2008. Thank you so much to each and every one of you who has left a comment and kept me and my dear friends in your thoughts. This is the first time I've looked at the blog since I last posted, and I am touched and overwhelmed at your kindness. Really, really - thank you. What I didn't say in the previous post was that the friend who died was 39 years old when he was killed in that traffic accident in May. He had been a very close friend of mine for 20 years.

Somewhere Between Chaos and Calm. Sunday, August 16, 2015. Summer 2015: Week 9. Last official week of summer for me (and I spent two days at school). We continued checking things off the bucket list this week, but also had to get ourselves organized. I go back to school TOMORROW and the kids go back on Thursday. I can't believe the summer has already come to an end! A fun day at a ropes course/zip line place on Lopez Lake. Lopez Lake is at 34%. We walked Bob Jones trail and enjoyed the beach.
