Also, I totally overdid the molasses and then found out that adding more coffee will get rid of that metallic taste. 2 cans pinto beans. 1 cup coffee (more if you mess up the molasses, haha). I modified it a tiny bit by adding chili powder and onion, because the thought of pouring plain coffee over ham was terrifying. 1 small onion, sliced.

This is largely due to the fact that I was busy temping full-time AND interviewing for jobs. The hard work has finally paid off because just last Friday I found out that I finally got a job!
