Burke Blog: Studying hybrid lizard species through DNA

http://burkemuseum.blogspot.com/2015/02/studying-hybrid-lizard-species-through.html

February 12, 2015. Studying hybrid lizard species through DNA. I often wonder what non-scientists think of my research: why would people care about lizards that most will never see? When I say I study hybrids, do they think I mean hybrid cars? Hybridization, or interbreeding between distinct species, of lizards in Argentina is a very foreign idea for most, in more ways than one. To date she has whacked nearly...

And she is proud. We all are! Danny carefully glues parts on a pump drill as John Timu looks on. At the Burke, we honor. In their independent study class with Holly Barker.

There are a few real gems left, but I can't promise that everything I post henceforth will be quite as brilliant as Billy Fuzz. Or Follow Your Heart. In my room, by my closet. There's a pile of dirty clothes.
