Location: East of town on the Mesa overlooking the Colorado River. Description: Very unique riding over smooth rock. Steep ups and downs. Rode this twice clockwise and counterclockwise with the practice loop both times. Location: East of town on the ridge above the Colorado River. Description: Chunky, fast, long, classic. Location: West of town on the Poison Spider Mesa just North of the Colorado River. Description: Nasty jeep trail. Worst ‘trail’ we rode. Location: North of town just off of highway 191.

3 Ugly Mugs Experience Moab Utah. The journey began Saturday May 19th when Pops Burton and his two sons (Scruffy and Skinny) left for Moab Utah. The goal was to experience Moab’s incredible singletrack. In 5 days over 90 miles of trails where ridden, 2 national parks were visited, tens of thousands of calories were consumed and a good time was had by all! By the end Skinny got skinner, Scruffy got scruffier and Pops got popsier …. Get started with day 1 of their trip. May 26, 2012. Middot; 7:12 pm.

On The Road Home. At 10:30 pm Skippy jumps out of bed and yells, “Let GO”. Safe End to a great trip! After 7 hours of blurry eyed driving Scruffy rolls into ABQ. At this point Pops and Skinny are only half way to NorCal. Eventually, Pops and Skinny safely rolled into Skinny’s abode. All were exhausted and satisfied at experiencing Moab. One response to “. At 3 am when Scruffy was still sleeping, Skinny and Pops hit the the road. This is the 14 hour route they took. Somewhere along the route from Norcal the first injury occurred when Pops face-planted in a parking lot, coincidentally, just before it was his turn to drive. From this point on Skinny required that Pops wear a helmet even when walking. Eventually, Scruffy got going and by 6 am he was traveling along this 7 hour route. They were all smiles when they entered Utah country …. On to day 2.

Down From The Mountain. Half Enchilada (Enchirito): Hazard – Kokopelli – UPS – Road to Slickrock. The kids wanted to ride the “Whole Enchilada” but having ridden over half of it (Porcupine Rim) and wanting to get more time on Slickrock they decided to do half the enchilada (Enchirito) then jump on the road down to Slickrock. The crew drove up into the La Sal mountains just East of Moab. Then Pops dropped the kids off at the Hazard trail head. After the riding was done and the brew pub was enjoyed (again)...

Petits muffins chocolat, éclats de chocolat blanc. 200 g de farine. 50 g de cacao en poudre (ou 5 bonnes cuillères à soupe). 1/2 sachet de levure. 1 pincée de sel. 100 g de sucre roux. 150 g de chocolat blanc. 25 cl de crème entière. 85 g de beurre. Quand vous avez tout sorti mettez votre four à préchauffer à 180° - Th6. Mélanger les ingrédients secs (farine, sucre, cacao, pincée de sel et levure) et ajouter les éclats de chocolat blanc.
