Monday, July 12, 2010. The island of Delos, Greece (Part One). There was a day when we took a day-trip from Mykonos to the Island of Delos! Delos is one of the most important mythological, historical and archaeological sites in Greece. For this Part One, I'll let the pictures do all the talking! UNESCO inscribed Delos on the World Heritage List, citing it as the "exceptionally extensive and rich" archaeological site which "conveys the image of a great cosmopolitan Mediterranean port. I love the scenery.

Wednesday, August 26, 2009. Macaroons du jour - Laduree. Some may say Pierre Hermé is one of the best, if not THE best, purveyors of macarons in Paris today. Their latest boutiques are located on rue Bonaparte and rue de Vaugirard. I've tried theirs before but still, in my opinion, Laduree's macarons are still the best in many aspects. My favourite flavour is still raspberry. I love the way it melts in my mouth! As usual, the most efficient public transport in Paris. These are what I got for that evening.
