När man fyller år själv och det "bara" är den närmsta släkten som ska komma på kalas så har man mölighet att experimentera lite och prova nya saker :). Jag var inte sugen på att använda sugarpaste denna gång, utan ville ha något annat. Så detta blev resultatet. Smaken blev en fantastisk kombination som bara smakade sommar! Jordgubbsgrädde med färska jordgubbar på ena lagret och flädermousse på det andra! Botten är bakad enligt principen "lika delar" och jag använde 6 ägg. Ev några färska jordgubbar.
