I myself am guilty of liking peace and quiet, and go some days all day long without saying very many words at all. But what happened to conversation? Yet, the Word says, "love your neighbor" Mark 12:31. And, "let him speak as the oracles of God" 1 Peter 4:11. And "let your speech be always with grace." Colossians 4:6.
