Inspired by Panera Bread's Scones. 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour. 2 teaspoons baking poweder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 3/4 cup cold butter, cut into tablespoon pieces. 1 cup cold buttermilk. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 3/4 cup cinnamon chips. 2 Tablespoons butter, melted.
