C is for Cathy. Sunday, January 25, 2015. Recipe adapted from Anncoo. 180g Liv unsalted butter. 1/2 Tbsp pandan paste. 1 tsp baking powder. 1 Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add in eggs till combined. 2 Sieve in flour, baking powder, soya milk and pandan paste. Fold the mixture gently with a spatula. 3 Spoon into cupcake liners and bake in a preheated oven @ 160C for 20mins. Tuesday, January 20, 2015. 发现啊。。。人是不是到了一定的年纪的时候,胆子会越来越小,越来越承担不了外来的打击!! 也许有一部份的朋友不是,但小厨是。。。很怕听到不好的消息,很怕发生某些事情的是自己的朋友,很怕三更半夜电话铃声响,很怕看鬼戏。。。所以小厨是名副其实的胆小鬼。 会不会若干年后,小厨会变成无胆之人,这样对已害怕和恐惧是不是可以免疫了啊??!! 第一次尝试蛋白土司,感觉不赖。。。原食谱可以参考 这里. 材料:(约一条土司的份量). 420g - - 高筋面粉. 45g - - 细砂糖. 75g - - 蛋白. 5g - - Instant Yeast. 220g - - 鲜奶/水. 40g - - 牛油. 70g - - 葡萄干. 1Tbsp - - 浓缩橙汁 3Tbsp - - 水. 前一天先将葡萄干和橙汁混合,浸泡隔夜备用;第二天将葡萄干挤干水分备用。 过筛高筋面粉入搅拌缸里,加入细砂糖,盐和Instant Yeast。 加入蛋白和鲜奶,把粉料搅拌成团后加入牛油;继续搅拌成为一团光滑而柔软的面团。 将圆面团按扁,擀长卷起,收口向下,排放入土司模里。 班兰层(分5份每一份约185g 190g). 185g - - 椰浆.
