Torsdag 15. januar 2015. Paleobrød med nøtter og frø. Brødet kan fint skjæres i tyyyynne skiver :). Mannen i huset har begynt med gjær og sukkerfri diett, og det han virkelig savner er brød, eller noe å ha under pålegget :). Jeg fant en fin oppskrift som jeg modererte bittelitt, så det skulle blie enda mer brødaktig. Dette brødet er stappfullt av sunt fett, fiber, vitaminer og mineraler. 100 g valmuefrø (jeg brukte halvparten valmuefrø og halvparten chiafrø). Send dette via e-post. Legg inn en kommentar.

Her er en oversikt over oppskriftene jeg har lagt ut. Lavkarbo, paleo mandelbrød med rosmarin. Uten gjær og sukker GF/CF. Paleobrød på 90 sekunder. Thai karrikjøtt med paprika. Når enden er god. Paleo oksehalesuppe. Paleo kyllingsuppe med currypaste. Smoothies,juice, shakes og "melk". Frisk start på dagen-juice. Hjemmelaget kokosmelk med kokosmasse. Karamellsaus til is, fruktsalat, sjokoladefyll osv. Paleo blåbæris av banan og kokoskrem. Paleo-pottis, friterte plantainer. Squost - eller paleo "ost".

Lørdag 4. oktober 2014. Paleo pasta, akkurat som vanlig :). Jeg har snoket litt rundt på nettet etter en oppskrift på skikkelig pasta uten rismel eller maismel. En paleo-aktig sak. Capello's i USA lager pasta av mandelmel, egg, tapioka og xanthangum. Jeg tenkte: hvor vanskelig er dette å lage selv? Det var jo bare blåbær viste det seg. Smaken var herlig, teksturen som vanlig pasta, så her er det bare å sette igang. Til 4 porsjoner trenger du:. 2 1/2 dl mandelmel. 4 dl tapiokamel pluss ekstra til utbaking.

Dette ble så godt at man nesten ikke skulle tro at det var sunt! 4-5 dl mandler ( for enda sunnere versjon, bløtlegg mandlene natten over og dehydrer dem). Kjør mandlene i foodprocessor til det er ganske finmalt. Ha i resten av ingrediensene. Det skal samle seg til en ganske fast "ball". Avkjøl helt før du har frokostblandingen på glass.
