Why Plans are Extremely Useless…! July 24th, 2014. Planning may be essential but plans are extremely useless…. It is the ability to execute the plan that separates winners from the ‘crowd’. Planning is Key, it’s like a seed, within which lies a huge unfathomable possibility. But a seed will remain a seed: tiny and unaware of what lies within it. On the other hand you cant execute without planning. The two go hand in hand. I guess the issue for many is usually the execution rather than the plan.
