Monday, March 12, 2012. This weekend, we whipped up a batch of these doughnuts. With nutella frosting on some and peanut butter frosting on others). We used our new mini doughnut pan for the first time. Tuesday, May 8, 2012. Peach pizza and pudding. There is a new tradition in our house: pizza night. It's hardly a revolutionary idea, but this little beauty blew our minds and made us vow to experiment with pizza toppings once a week. Peaches, mozarella, goat cheese, red onions, basil, and fig balsalmic pizza}. We finished the night off with a decadent vegan chocolate pudding. More on that later. Pizza can handle just about any toppings you can dream up. We have a whole stockpile of ideas here.
