Saturday, December 11, 2010. I have been making this dish since and it remains a family favourite, usually eliciting yummy noises when it’s the answer to What’s for dinner? It’s a simple, rustic dish that takes little time to prepare and cook. I’ve never used a recipe for this, but here’s a fairly accurate blow-by-blow:. 4 red bell peppers. 2-3 sweet Italian sausages. 2-3 hot italian sausages (or you could use all sweet and add 1 tsp hot pepper flakes). 1 tbsp Oregano or to taste. Salt and pepper to taste.

Vienne and Some Food Notes. May 14, 2015. Dessert, a feast for the eyes and palate, was a table of colourful, delicate, airy, melt on your tongue macrons, a local very trifle-like, specialty tart from Vienne, mille feuilles, candied lemon and orange peel and other assorted tortes. This was exactly the kind of rustic fare we have been craving in France. This change may also be a reflection of the chef on the Hermod.
