最近因為seiko路跑讓自己又再度開始恢復運動，想要詳實紀錄一下運動、飲食還有足部不太舒服的狀態，觀察一下是否可以找出容易受傷的原因。 好快！距離上次太魯半馬已經是一年的時間了，今年是第三年來到太魯閣，第二次跑半馬。太魯半馬是我挑戰半馬的第一次，今年的太魯半馬已經是自己的第三個半馬了。 自從去年參加了NIKE的短期體驗跑步的活動後，跑步的興趣越來越濃厚，但是短短的一年在跑步的練習上有很多次跌跤和挫敗的經驗，一度加入和TMAN伙伴練跑，卻也有腳步受傷，而一直復健的時間。跑步練習、復健這兩個循環的歷程一直在走，醫師也都很直接地說不適合跑步，連瑜珈也建議不要做，因為這些都被認為是會傷害膝蓋的運動，這樣的結論對於剛接觸跑步的我來說很挫折，不曉得要怎麼辦才好。 為了讓自己還是保持運動的習慣，開始上拳擊有氧，運動的轉換，好像有讓腳部的疼痛適度的減緩，也準備了護具，肌樂，這些保護措施再上路。 訂閱： 文章 (Atom). 圖片視窗範本. 技術提供： Blogger.

位在內湖的碧湖公園是我想推薦給各位跑友的跑步路線，依山傍水，環境很幽靜，在這樣的環境中跑步，. 總覺夏天時跑步不會那麼熱，風景也比較有變化。想上廁所有公廁，渴了可以投飲料來喝，基本的機能都可以滿足。 跑碧湖的方式可以很多變，若由「碧湖公園」. 逆時針跑，慢慢會看到草地和湖面，有些區段還有樹林，真的不用擔心跑步跑到中暑。沿著外圍跑，大部分都是平地，有段是座橋，有坡度，還可以小小練習跑坡。 有些草地還設置了小朋友遊憩區，有讓小朋友玩樂的設施。湖面的部份，. 有些地方規劃為提供釣友釣魚的地方，如果只想在湖邊餵餵魚，附近的檳榔攤也有提供賣魚餌的服務喔。如果跑累想嘗試不同運動，早上在涼亭的地方有國標舞，晚上可以在草地區和社區老師一起「彎某凸某」來個有氧舞蹈，或是「一吸一吐」體驗中華文化博大精深的各式拳法。 跑碧湖公園，一共跑了三圈，花了37'46' ，還沒有調校，里程數的顯示是5.67KM，如果在地圖上看路線可以發現是一個愛心喔。 想餵魚嗎？來這就對了！！ 在忙完二個月的營隊後,體力似乎消耗了不少,決定在9/9送自己一個小禮物,9圈操場,當作開始下半年運動的開始. 訂閱： 文章 (Atom).

鞋測]LunarGlide 2 and SportBand and Nike 的效益看法. 整個鞋測活動已經到了尾聲，感謝Nike提供這個機會讓我跟Paggy能夠有機會體驗「LunarGlide 2 and SportBand and Nike 」高科技所帶給跑步的幫助，LunarGlide 2陪我們跑過許多地方，雙溪河堤、碧湖公園、芝山岩、永慶路跑、台大校園、我家附近的堤防，時間雖然短暫，但是卻歷歷在目（怎麼忽然覺得很感傷的感覺），哈哈哈哈～其實，我真的覺得這是一雙很棒的球鞋，我會繼續穿著它完成今年接下來的「Samsung路跑」、「三商路跑」、「太魯閣馬拉松」、「富邦馬拉松」，所以我的好伙...而且在後續的路跑過程，LunarGlide 2竟然也能夠減少長見的腳步灼熱感，這是我覺得很棒的部分，搭配其特殊的鞋底，減少許多在跑步對腳掌的壓迫感，讓我在跑步的過程當中覺得相當輕鬆，跑超過10公里時，感覺跟剛剛出發時一樣的舒服。所以我只能說LunarGlide 2真是跑者的好伙伴。 關於SportBand and Nike ：. 騎士的推薦路線：芝山岩，沿路充滿驚奇。 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom).
