Ochiuri in sos de rosii. Posted by Dan Danciu. Oua, functie de numarul de persoane. 2-3 catei de usturoi. Sare, piper, busuioc. Ceapa taiata marunt se caleste in putin ulei de masline. Usturoiul se taie in doua si se apasa cu un cutit. Dupa se adauga peste ceapa. Doua rosii medii se taie cubulete si se adauga in tigaie. Se adauga sosul de rosii si se lasa sa dea un clocot. Ardei umpluti cu sos de rosii. Posted by Dan Danciu. Carne de pui tocata. Condimente (sare, piper, marar, patrunjel, busuioc). Ulei (de struguri am folosit eu). O mana buna de marar si patrunjel. O lingura de faina. Ardeii se curata bine de samburi si capacelele se pastreaza pentru a se pune in umplutura. Legumele (telina, morcovii, capacelele de la ardei si ceapa) se dau pe razatoarea mare. Si se amesteca cu carnita tocata si orezul inmuiat in prealabil in apa. Am condimentat cu sare si piper dupa gust.

Cu ceva vreme in urma am cautat o reteta de tort cat mai rapida pe care am descoperit-o pe blogul lui Teo. 1 pachet de biscuiti Petit Beurre;. 2 borcane de Iaurt numa' bun de 470gr;. 10 lg de zahar;. 2 pliculete de gelatina;. 2 pliculete de zahar vanilat;. 1 cana de cacao cu lapte si esenta de rom;. 1 pliculet de ness;.
