Unfortunately, I keep getting more work which cuts into my online time. I chose to make the zucchini quesadillas that my mom made the first week. The recipe is in the first zucchini post and also on the Cooking Light website. For her second recipe. All of her cooking is gluten-free and always has a creative use of ingredients. Je me suis brûlé la main. Monday, June 9, 2008. I chose to make a version of Arabian Spinach. That I found in. The Complete Encyclopedia of Vegetables and Vegetarian Cooking. 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 2 garlic cloves, crushed. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds. 12 oz Spinach (I bought a bag of it). 15 oz can of chickpeas, drained. Salt and pepper if desired. 1 Heat oil in a large frying pan and add onions. Cook for 5 minutes until softened. Then, add garlic and cumin seeds and fry for another minute.
