I recently made some delicious raspberry muffins adapted from a recipe in Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book. 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour. 2 teaspoons baking power. 1 egg, beaten. 3/4 cup milk (I used soy milk). 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 3/4 cup fresh raspberries. 2 In another bowl, combine egg, milk, and vegetable oil.
