Sunday, May 25, 2008. For the Sweet Coconut Rice:. 1 cup Sushi Rice. 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk. For the Fruit Filling and Garnish/Condiments:. Dehydrated Unsweetened Coconut Shreds (optional). Equipment: Very sharp knife, medium-sized heavy bottom pot with lid, sushi mat, heavy foil paper, 2 small bowls, cutting board or mat. 1 To make the sweet coconut rice. 3 When rice is finished, remove pot from burner, but leave the cover on. Allow rice to cool completely before proceeding to the next step.

Quick and easy fake scrambled egg using tofu. A basic recipe with tofu, carrot, potato and onion. Meat pies wrapped in pastry. (But vegetarian). Greek pasta and fake-meat casserole. Jan got: crispy fried wonton, garlic shrimp and scallops, white rice, wonton in spicy peanut sauce, grapes, wasabi peas in Hello Kitty container, cute mushroom cookies, and a Ferrero Rocher dark chocolate truffle.
