There seems to be a lot of steps to this one, but don't worry it is easy. :) Just take one step at a time you can make this. :) Cost for this is about $25.00 makes for a large family. Italian Casserole with Summer Veggies. 1 onion finally chopped. 1 bulb of garlic minced. 1 (29oz) can crushed tomatoes. 1 can of Tomato Paste. A few good shakes of red pepper flakes. Kosher salt and pepper to taste.

Wash asparagus, and take off the ends (to take off ends lightly bend asparagus until it snaps). Well, I only do because my friend Kelly introduced me to this sauce to top it.it is so yummy, I make the meatloaf so I can have the sauce. Your other question - where have I been?
