My wife and I. My name is Jean, I live in MOntreal, I have a wife and two aughters who love to cook! I started cooking when i was quite young, putting in roasts and peeling potatoes after school. I was also a bit adventuresome and used to make soufflés for my parents on Sunday mornings when I was about 6 years old! I spent two years in Paris and that is where my love for cooking for took hold. Thanks in part to my dear Eurasian friend Micheal who is a wonderful chef!
