Every 2:00 do 5 Push Press (6 Rounds). Row 1,000 Meters/20 Chest to Bar Pull-ups. Row 750 Meters/15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups. Row 500 Meters/10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups. Row 250 Meters/5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups. I'm off work tomorrow so I'm planning on having another high volume training day. We'll see how I feel after today!

August 10, 2015. Training out at one of our smaller offices today which means even smaller gym. It took me a while to get my bearings and figure out what they had or rather did not have. My first workout after 2 weeks of vacation and I could feel a loss in strength already. Bench press 1×10 for warmup, 5×5. DB rotational bench press 3×10. Decline Bench Press 3×10. DB chest fly 3×10. 3 reps – 15 second rest in between sets. 5 – scapular pull ups. 10 – DB floor presses. 10 – Barbell shrugs.
