Tisdag 31 augusti 2010. 9 Jumping squats, 15-20 kg. Vila 2 min mellan rundorna och fortsätt exakt där du slutade. CLPU slet helt klart mest. Måndag 30 augusti 2010. Förra veckan gjorde jag 8 reps på 122,5 och nu samma på 130 tror det är att jag har kommit in i träningen igen efter uppehåll, det kändes dessutom lättare idag trots en slitig helg med resor, fest med 1500pers och en rugby match som känns mer än vanligt. 50 high knees jumprope. Tisdag 4 januari 2011. Böj 3x5 132,5kg (5RM PR). ETK Ladders KBpress 24kg Pullups. 3x(1,2,3,4,5). Totalt 45reps och 1080kg lyft. Historien upprepar sig ena dagen är böjen jätte lätta andra dagen overkligt tunga men jag forstsätter sätta dem. Idag var det tungt men det berodde nog på 6.5km löpning igår. Torsdag 28 oktober 2010. Inte min bästa dag. Kändes bättre än senat men nåt var inte ok i nacken idag. La ner för att nacken inte kändes ok, även ryggen var sliten. Moget av mig att stanna. Tisdag 26 oktober 2010. Det var inte bena som gav upp utan stången började glida ner på ryggen så jag kunde inte hålla iden mer kunde kanske gjort ett par reps till. Träning med Bröderna Käck på rugbyklubben. 60 meter löpning, 30 kg sandsäck. Fredag 22 oktober 2010. 10 KB thrusters 2x16kg. 4 rundor och 5 thrusters.

Next interval scheme starts after the 2min recovery. 5x1min Intervals w/30sec recovery between intervals. Hold maximal distance possible on each of the set intervals. Fjärde minuten så vek jag ner mig. Riktigt bra pass det här skall forsätta köra ganska mycket C2 då det är skoj och asjobbigt. Onsdag 29 december 2010. Böj 3x5 130kg 5rm PR. Detta är nästan oförskämt lätt hur ska detta sluta. 3x(1,2,3,4,5).

Måndag 29 november 2010. Blir mer styrka och mer flåigt framöver, mindre CF. Detta pga av halvskadad axel och en del krav inom rugbyn som måste uppfyllas. Borde varit lätt men vad det inte tekniken sög är det detta som händer när man kör för mycket CF. Höger axel spökar annars lätt. En del prhab i mellan plus 15-20 strikta Pullups. Senare ca 4,5 km löpning ca 25 minnuter. En minyút långsammare än sist men det kändes snabbare konstigt. Onsdag 24 november 2010. Löpning ca 4,5km ca 24min. 21 OH Squats 40 kg.

Onsdag 22 december 2010. Förflytta tunga saker snabbt och långt. Power Cleans 5x3 77,5 kg varje set dirket följt av 15 armhävningar. Betydligt tyngre idag än sist. Snatch, 16 kg: [8 reps 15/15] x 40. Total: 320 reps, 5 120kg; 20:00 min. Denna gånge var det bara segt men jag var opepp på träning innan så det var kanske därför. Men jag la ju till 8 set så det är jag nöjd med. Sen förflytta tunga saker snabbt och långt vilket man kan tro är crossfit men jag skottade snö från mina tak. Blev helt slut.

Har varit på Kurs med jobbet måndag till onsdag detta var vad jag hann med. Måndag friskis i Gävle. Böjen kändes bra hade ingen bur och en konstig stång så jag hade säkert kunnar press ett par till.
