And it has become one of our favorite "go to" meals each week. 1 TBS coconut oil. 15 -175lb of ground bison (you can sub ground beef or venison). 1/2 Onion, chopped. 2 1/2 cups celery, chopped. 1 12 oz. jar of salsa (any brand you prefer or make it fresh). 1 8 oz. can of tomatoes. 2 tsp chili powder. 2 tsp thyme leaves. 2 tsp sea salt. 1/4 cup green chilis (optional). Add your meat, cumin, thyme, and chili powder.

Tuesday, January 18, 2011. Week - January 17 - 22. Ran 3-4 miles with roxy stopping at any water source so that she could swim. I wasn't too worried about speed or time just going out and running. I am constantly working on the pose method during my running. My dad did the same work out and beat me by 2 minutes. He is getting faster and stronger better keep on moving.
